Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh, steamed
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. diced cheese (example Velveeta or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add broccoli until tender.
    Add rest of ingredients and stir.
    Bake in buttered dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
