Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash or eggplant
1 onion, chopped
2 raw eggs
1 stick melted oleo
1 c. Ritz crackers
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except crackers and cheese.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Top with crushed crackers and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and lightly browned, 20 to 30 minutes.
