Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked)
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 1/2 c. large curd cottage cheese
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine rice and onions.
    Blend cottage cheese, garlic (chopped), sour cream, milk, Tabasco sauce and salt.
    Stir into rice mixture and turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 25 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
