Ingredients

1/2 c. nutmeal (pecan, cashew or Brazil)
1 1/2 c. oats
2 1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend ingredients smooth.
(For best results, refrigerate overnight.) Bake in hot waffle iron, sprayed or oiled, for 8 to 12 minutes.
Makes 4 (6-inch) waffles.
Freezes well.
