Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen squash
    medium onion
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (blue bag)
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 eggs
    1 can mushroom soup
    bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook squash and onion together until tender and drain. In large bowl, combine stuffing, cheese (cut up), eggs and mushroom soup. Put squash in bowl. Mix. Put mixture in casserole dish. Cover with crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
