Peach Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. diced fresh peaches
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. water
3 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Place sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin and water in bowl and mix.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
Stir into first mixture.
Add raisins and walnuts.
Let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
Place in greased muffin pans.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven approximately 15 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
