Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. small flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (sliced thick)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can ranch style beans
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
Preparation

In saucepan heat beans, soup, chili powder, and garlic salt; set aside.
Saute meat, onions, and salt; set aside.
Place 1/2 of tortillas in bottom of greased casserole dish; layer meat mixture, bean mixture, and sliced cheese.
Place remaining tortillas on top.
Top with tomatoes and monterey jack cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
