Hamburger Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    6 stalks celery, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can celery soup
    2/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add celery and onion; saute until onion is transparent.
    Combine with soups, milk and soy sauce.
    Place in Pam-sprayed ovenproof dish.
    Top with chow mein noodles.
    Bake for 30 minutes (can substitute cream of mushroom soup).
