Trout Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fillets trout
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Dip trout in milk.
    Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour.
    Cook the trout in butter until evenly browned on both sides.
    Remove fish and saute the chopped almonds in the butter. Sprinkle generously over the fish.
    Serves 6.
