Deer Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. deer hamburger
    10 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    10 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 1/4 tsp. curry powder
    5/8 tsp. cumin
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Make into oblong rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap or waxed paper.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Remove paper.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 3 hours.
