Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    3 medium onions
    1 green pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    4 Tbsp. cooking fat
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel eggplant and onions.
    Slice in medium rounds.
    Stem and seed pepper and cut into rings.
    Cook in salted water until tender. Drain.
    Place in casserole.
    Season with garlic salt and pepper. Cover with cheese and bake in hot oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
