Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Half and Half
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cream and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Put rhubarb on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer or until pie sets like custard. Cool before cutting.
