Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 jars baby food carrots (3rd foods)
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients together.
    Sift together dry ingredients; add to first mixture.
    Fold in pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
