Rice Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped *
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, lemon juice, sugar and salt and fold into whipped cream.
    Fold in rice and coconut.
    Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Chill before serving.
    Serves 6.
