Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 12 ears fresh corn
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. green and red bell pepper, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp or bacon bits (optional)
1 stick butter or margarine
water
oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut off tips of corn kernels into a large bowl.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle flour over the corn and mix well.
Set aside. Chop peppers and set aside.
Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Heat oil enough to cover bottom of a 10-inch skillet.
Add the butter and margarine and melt over medium heat.
Add corn; stir.
