Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and cubed chicken
1 can (5 1/2 oz.) chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 small can Chinese vegetables
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Saute celery, onions and green pepper in small amount of margarine for about 25 minutes.
Stir in soups, Chinese vegetables, salt and pepper.
Heat.
Stir in chow mein noodles.
Save some noodles.
Put in casserole in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining noodles on top and return to oven for 15 minutes.
