Broccoli And Mushroom Quiche(Makes 2 Quiches)] - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
    6 oz. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
    5 eggs
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Fold in cream, cheese and then remaining ingredients.
    Fill pie shells with the mixture.
    Top with a little of the reserved shredded cheese you have put aside. Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done. Can be frozen.
