Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. curacao
6 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix together the first 5 items and 2 tablespoons of the flour and refrigerate 1 hour.
Shape mixture into small balls, roll in remaining flour, dip in egg, then roll in dry bread crumbs.
Put balls on buttered cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Makes 12 to 15 balls.
