Broiled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes
    hot sauce to taste
    salt
    pepper
    butter
    Parmesan cheese
    fine, dry bread crumbs
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Wash tomatoes. Cut out stem ends and cut in half crosswise. Sprinkle cut surface of each tomato with small amount of hot sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Dot with butter. Place in broiler 4-inches from source of heat.
    Broil for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Combine small amount of butter with Parmesan cheese and crumbs.
    Sprinkle tomato halves with crumb mixture during the last 3 minutes of broiling time. Garnish with chopped parsley.
