Veal Chops With Raspberry Vinegar(Serves 2 To 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin veal chops
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
    4 whole cloves garlic
    1 large bay leaf
    1 tsp. dried thyme or 4 sprigs fresh
    1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. chervil or parsley
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown in butter or oil. Cook about 5 minutes on each side.
    Add garlic, bay leaf and thyme.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Pour vinegar and broth around chops. Cover loosely and simmer 15 minutes or until chops are done. Remove garlic cloves.
    Mash into a paste and blend into juices. Cover tightly and cook 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
