Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 bunch green onions
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins until done; cool and peel them.
    Grate potatoes and stir in sour cream and 1/2 of the cheese and the onions, salt and pepper.
    Mix in a large bowl.
    Put in a buttered dish and top with rest of cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika; cover. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes and serve.
