Cold Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. jelly
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 tsp. sherry
    3 Tbsp. red wine
Preparation
    Blend well and serve with cold meat.
    Great for leftovers, ham, beef or lamb.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, etc., and hot crusty bread or rolls.
