Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening; add buttermilk. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix altogether until moist.
Cover bowl and let sit at least 2 hours or overnight.
Use as needed. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or longer.
