Marinated Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    juice of lemon or lime
    sliced onion
    4 to 5 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper
    leg of lamb
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour over lamb.
    Turn from time to time, for about 2 hours or more.
    Roast in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes to the pound or internal meat thermometer at 175\u00b0 to 180\u00b0 for well done; 160\u00b0 to 165\u00b0 for slightly pink (very tender).
    Baste once or twice with marinade.
