Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (about 2 lb.), cooked and mashed
    1/2 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Add sour cream, cream cheese, butter or margarine, onion salt and pepper to mashed potatoes.
    Gradually beat in enough of the milk to make smooth and fluffy.
    Spoon into a
    greased 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
    Cover and chill up to 24 hours.
    Dot with margarine and cook, covered, on High power for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated, stirring once.
