Glenda'S Grilled Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless pork loin roast, split lengthwise
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. dry ______
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Heat meat made at the market from strip of loin (backbone removed), containing 10 to 14 ribs.
    Season with salt and pepper. Place in shallow baking dish, bone end up; wrap tips in foil to prevent excess browning.
    Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of thick part of loin.
