Swiss Tuna-Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine rice and butter.
    Stir in 1 egg and chopped olives. Spread evenly over bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan to make a shell.
    Gradually stir scalded milk into 2 slightly beaten eggs.
    Add onion, salt, pepper and tuna.
    Pour into rice-lined pie pan and sprinkle cheese over the top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake additional 15 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
