No-Bake Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    6 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
    3/4 c. chopped dates
    1 c. seedless raising (half golden/half dark)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. mixed candied fruit
    1/4 c. candied cherries
    4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Stir evaporated milk, marshmallows, and orange juice concentrate in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until marshmallows melt.
    Take off heat and stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Press firmly into 5- or 6-cup ring mold or loaf pan lined with waxed paper.
    Cover tightly.
    Chill 2 days. Makes 3 pounds.
