Beef Burgundy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    6 slices bacon, cut into inch pieces
    1 large onion, cut into wedges (1 1/2 c.)
    3 peeled carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    12 small fresh mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. Burgundy or dry wine
    1/2 c. A.1. sauce
Preparation
    Coat beef with flour; set aside. In 6-quart pot over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon. Set aside.
