Waldori Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unpeeled apples
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped unsalted dry roasted walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins or halved seedless grapes
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. yogurt cheese
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve cold.
