Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. assorted fresh vegetables, sliced (zucchini, squash, peppers, celery or mushrooms)
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up seasonings
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In plastic bag or bowl, shake or toss all ingredients until vegetables are coated.
    Empty into 13 x 9-inch baking dish, discard bag.
    Bake, stirring once 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
