Swedish Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    jelly
    1 c. flour
    1 egg white
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and blend sugar.
    Add egg yolk, then flour.
    Roll dough into small balls, 1-inch in diameter.
    Dip each one in egg white, then roll in chopped nuts.
    Place cookies on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 5 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Press centers and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Cool slightly.
    Fill hole with jelly.
    Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
