Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pimento-stuffed olives
    1/2 c. cut black olives
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped cauliflower (optional)
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, oregano and coarse black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a quart jar.
    Keeps well refrigerated.
