Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 sweet pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. rice
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans Mexicorn, drained
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in butter.
    Add rice to water and set aside for 5 minutes.
    Mix together, then add butter, pepper and onions.
    Add rice, mix well, pour into dish and top with favorite grated cheese.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
