Instant Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water

Preparation

In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, vanilla, eggs, margarine, coffee and water.
Mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
Pour in greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
