Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pieces chicken, thawed and skinned
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can chicken soup
1 1/2 cans water
salt and pepper, etc.
a few vegetables as desired such as: 1 c. carrot rounds, a few green beans or whatever you wish for added color and nutrition
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and distribute the rice evenly over the bottom.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and vegetable pieces as desired.
Lay on the chicken.
Mix soup and water together.
Pour over ingredients in dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
About halfway through the cooking, remove from oven and turn the chicken.
About 15 minutes before end of baking, remove foil for browning.
