Buttermilk Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up frying chicken
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Dip chicken into 1/2 cup buttermilk, then roll in flour. Season with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter or oleo in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Put chicken in pan, skin side down, and bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
