Vanilla Cream Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose plain flour or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
    2 (9-inch) baked pastry shells
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir over heat until bubbly, about 2 minutes.
