Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. flavoring (flavoring and coloring, as desired)
Preparation

Mix and knead like pie dough. Roll in balls, the size of marble. Place one side in a small amount of sugar. Press sugar side down in the mold. Unmold at once on waxed paper. (If you wish a firmer mixture, add more powdered sugar.)
