Mandarin Orange And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green leaf lettuce, washed, drained and torn into pieces
    1 head red leaf lettuce, washed, drained and torn into pieces
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing (use as desired)
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese (use as desired)
    2 to 3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare lettuce.
    Add quartered artichoke hearts, drained Mandarin oranges and Parmesan cheese.
    When ready to serve, coat with Italian dressing.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
