Never Fail Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Let mixture come to a rolling boil and cook for exactly one minute.
Beat until creamy.
Spread on cake while warm.
