Hominy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can hominy, drained
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. basil, crumbled
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine hominy, celery and green onions; mix.
Combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, basil, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour over hominy and mix.
Chill.
