Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb round steak or venison
    flour
    oil for browning
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
    2 c water
    1 small can mushrooms, optional
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    Black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll steak, cut in bite size pieces, in flour.
    Add brown in hot oil.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer in saucepan for two hours or cook in pressure cooker for 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
