Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 pickled cucumber, diced
    1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 c. ketchup
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix gelatin in hot water until dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
