Never Fail Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 sq. chocolate or 3 Tbsp.
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except vanilla.
    Stir until sugar dissolves over moderate heat.
    When mixture comes to rapid boil, boil 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
    Cool and then beat to spreading consistency.
    Set in cold ice water and stir constantly to cool.
    Spread on cake when it just starts to thicken.
