Christmas Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
3 c. flour (approximately)
1 c. unsalted butter
red colored sugar (for topping)
Preparation

Pour cream into a small bowl.
Add 1 cup flour (or a bit more).
Mix and turn out on pastry canvas.
(Dough will be soft and sticky.)
Roll out, adding more flour as necessary, and all little chunks of butter.
Double over; roll.
Add more butter; double over.
Roll.
Add more butter, etc. until butter is all used up.
Pick up dough and throw on the counter a few times (sounds silly, but it is necessary).
Chill dough.
