"Gram Beat'S" Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    10 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. hot water
    pinch of salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in bottom of baking dish (9 x 11-inch).
    Mix remaining ingredients together and pour on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
