Sylvia'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    6 slices bacon
    1 small onion
    4 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Peel and slice/dice potatoes into large pot.
    Fry bacon; break into pieces and add to pot.
    Dice onion into pot.
    Add rest. Cook, uncovered, very slowly for 40 minutes or until done. Sprinkle parsley on each bowl as garnish.
    Terrific winter supper!
