Sweet And Sour Deer Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except venison and pineapple chunks into square glass cake pan and cook in microwave for 7 minutes on High (100%), stirring it twice.
    Form venison into balls and put into mixture.
    When venison balls are put in, spoon sauce over them several times, cooking 7 more minutes and add drained pineapple. Heat 1 minute.
    Taste best if they are cooked, left to stand overnight and heated just before serving.
    Yields 24 venison balls.
