Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3 c. flour (plain)
Preparation
    Beat two minutes or until well mixed.
    Then add 3 more cups plain flour.
    Knead down.
    Let rise 1/2 size.
    Put oil over top of dough.
    Put cloth over bowl and place in refrigerator.
    When ready to bake, roll out as many as needed, let rise and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
